Who can use Smartpay?

Smartpay is a payment service offered by Japanese retailers for shoppers who:

• are a Japanese resident;

• are at least 20 years old;

• are capable of entering into a legally binding contract;

• have a valid and verifiable email address and Japanese mobile number;

• can provide a valid delivery address in Japan;

• are authorised to use a Japan-issued credit or debit card to make the purchase
