When are payments due?

Smartpay presents the schedule for the 3 instalments on screen at the time of purchase. The first instalment happens at the time the merchant takes the payment, after you confirmed the order. The second and third payment will be taken 4 and 8 weeks respectively after this first instalment.

Smartpay will also send you a confirmation email after successfully completing the checkout, outlining the amounts and dates that the payments are due.
