Once you have created an order, the important details such as order items and order value cannot be changed.
What if the shopper hasn't yet completed the order?
You should just create a new order with the correct information for the consumer to complete.
What if the consumer has completed the order?
If items included in the order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, you will be able to issue a partial refund. If on the other hand, items were missing from the order, the shopper will need to place a new and separate order for all the additional items they wish to pay for through Smartpay.
